How Do I Get Clinton County Criminal Records?

Birth records between 1880 - 1920 and 1942 to date are available at the Clinton County Recorder’s Office. The Bureau of Health Statistics has birth records from 1921 - 1941. Also, unwed births, adoption records, and legal name changes before 1990 must be obtained from the Bureau of Health Statistics.
