How do I Visit an Inmate in Dubuque County Jail?

To visit an inmate at the Dubuque County Jail, the intending visitor is required to be a registered visitor to the inmate applicable. The Dubuque County Jail is operated by the Iowa Department of Corrections, and the facility strictly houses adult male inmates convicted for serious crimes, serving periods of more than a year. An inmate in Dubuque County jails is entitled to two (2) visitors a week with a period of twenty-five (25) minutes allowable in each visit session.
