At the state level, requesters can get these records from the DCI (Division of criminal investigation). The website grants a requester a non-waiver permission to run checks and obtain criminal records. To access criminal records, the interested person is expected to sign an Authorized Form for the release of the records. There are two forms to be filled and submitted, for which attracts a processing fee of $15 per last name. In other words, a requester can make several requests but is billed only once.
